All the HOD's, Incharges and Teaching Staff

Taking into consideration the requests from the teaching staff to commence the classes from 08:30 A.M. it is hereby permitted to reschedule the First semester classes from 08:30 A.M. The new routine for the 4th semester and 6th semester may also be planned from 08:30 A.M. onwards. This will come into effect from 1st May 2021. Kindly inform the students accordingly.

All the HOD's, Incharges and Staff

As per the directives received from JUT, Ranchi, all the external assessment has been postponed till further notice. However, the Hon,bre V.c. has advised that the subsequent semester classes should commence immediately. Accordingly we have planned to start 6th semester online classes from 03,05.2021 & 4th semester online classes from 05.05.2021.
However, 1st semester classes shall continue till 31st May 2027 by which time the concerned faculties are requested to complete the course. During this period all the classes will be conducted online strictly. H.O.Ds / Incharges, please prepare your routine for the 6th semester latest by 30th April 2021 and for the 4th Semester by 3rd May 2021 positively. Kindly circulate it to the students and staff suitably. The respective faculties will keep on sending their daily report to the H.o.D. concerned who in turn will afterward the reports on weekly basis to the undersigned. Kindly ensure strict adherence and compliance.

Notification regarding COVID 19 guideline

As per the directives of Jharkhand University of Technology, Ranchi, the Officer Order No. AKP/PO/2O21/23 dated L6.04.2027 is modified as follows:

  1. Individual faculty will continue to send their daily class & progress report to their respective HODS without fail in the prescribed format & the same will be submitted by the HOD on weekly basis at principal@alkabir. in. Presently lapses have been observed. Kindly ad here.
  2. The practicals may please be videographed with oral instruction by the lab. assistants and the video may be shared / uploaded through Whatsapp / suitable means and send the confirmation at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  3. The Office & Examination staff will follow staggered duty. roster post discussion & approval from the approving authority.
  4. The Library will remain closed. Only the essential cleaning staff will come,
  5. Housekeeping staff will also follow staggered duty roster which will be communicated by Campus Supervisor.
  6. All the staff visiting the campus are required to observe strict Covid Protocol.

Any staff on staggered rest by any competent certificate to the office. Wishing you to be safe roster duty feeling unwell / uneasy is advised  medical officer and shall send their unfit / Fit
while keeping them updated with their health & healthy.
